This cookbook is going to be used primarily by the Comet Cupboard at the University of Texas at Dallas. The Comet Cupboard is a food pantry, helping hungry students at no cost. The Comet Cupboard is also a service opportunity for students at UT Dallas. Prior to Covid-19, the Comet Cupboard is 100% manned by student volunteers. In order to continue to offer a service opportunity for the students, we encourage them to create virtual contents to promote food insecurity and hunger awareness. Service opportunity includes Social Media Ambassador, Hunger Awareness graphic design, Personal Hunger Story, Food demos and creating Cookbook! This cookbook will be used as a model to encourage students to be creative with their contents.
